COURSE (2-hours):
$130 for 1-person or $100 each for 2 or more persons
If you have obtained your Texas License-to-Carry, you are eligible to attend our dynamic and informative Defensive Handgun course!
Topics covered include:
- Review of handgun safety and fundamentals
- Drawing, presenting, and aiming “intuitively”
- Clearing basic handgun malfunctions and stoppages
- Rapid firing of multiple shots
- Rapid reloading
- Reloading while “getting off the X”
- Shooting, moving, reloading, and continuing while under pressure
The first hour of this dynamic course is conducted in the classroom where you will learn and drill on all of the necessary skills.
During the second hour, we take your skills to the shooting range where they are put to the test. You will be guided every step of the way and develop a true sense of confidence with your handgun. You will need 100 rounds of ammunition for the range portion.
*NOTE – Lessons are conducted at Red’s Indoor Range, located at 1908 W. Pecan St, Pflugerville, TX 78660. You are responsible for the $20 / person range fee paid to Red’s and the cost of your ammunition.
