Jeffrey D. Webb is the owner and chief-instructor of Texas Defensive Training. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he has over 40 years of experience in the martial arts and firearms. As of 2024 he has trained and certified more than 1200 students in Texas License to Carry and actively works as a contractor in the private security industry.

- Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) Instructor
- Texas School Safety (Active Shooter Response) Instructor

- Licensed Commissioned Security Officer
- Licensed Personal Protection Officer
- Certified Glock Armorer
A practitioner of martial arts since 1983, Mr. Webb is an internationally recognized expert in Wing Chun kung fu, and holds the rank of 6th Degree Master. He is also a certified instructor of Filipino Escrima. Since 2015, he has taught defensive tactics to over 720 private security and personal protection officers in the state of Texas.
